Chapter 17: Manufactured Crises – Order Out of Chaos

The phrase "order out of chaos" (Latin: ordo ab chao) is not just a slogan. It is the guiding operational philosophy of the beast system and the elites who administer it. Crises—whether real, engineered, or amplified—create the emotional, social, and psychological conditions necessary to reshape societies. Through chaos, the rulers of this world obtain consent. Through fear, they obtain compliance. Through disorder, they justify total control.

In Scripture, Satan is described as both the destroyer and the deceiver. He creates havoc, then offers himself as the solution. This pattern repeats throughout history and accelerates in the final days.

The Bible warns:

2 Thessalonians 2:9:

"Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders."

The beast system relies on lying wonders—events that appear supernatural, shocking, or world-changing, but serve an agenda.

Today these wonders often manifest as crises.

The Anatomy of a Manufactured Crisis

Manufactured crises follow a predictable sequence: 1. Problem – Create or exploit a crisis. 2. Reaction – Foster fear, outrage, confusion. 3. Solution – Offer pre-planned policies that increase control.

This is a secular version of what Scripture calls "the snare".

Luke 21:35:

"For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth."

Snares are traps that snap shut suddenly. Crises operate in the same way.

Wars and Rumors of Wars

Jesus warned explicitly that the end would be filled with conflict:

Matthew 24:6:

"And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars... but the end is not yet."

War is one of the oldest tools of the system. It destabilizes nations and justifies surveillance. It transfers wealth from the working class into the hands of elites, manufactures food and energy shortages, and feeds the propaganda machines that shape public belief. Above all, it breeds fear—and a fearful population becomes a dependent one.

Whether through global conflict or localized unrest, war gives the system the ability to rebuild society in its own image.

Economic Collapses and Resets

Scripture warns of famine, scarcity, and manipulated markets:

Revelation 6:6:

"A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny..."

Economic crises do not strike randomly; they are shaped to produce particular outcomes. The middle class is hollowed out, and the savings of ordinary families vanish into the balance sheets of banks and governments. As confidence in paper currency dissolves, populations are quietly herded toward digital alternatives—programmable money tied to behavior, identity, and compliance. Universal basic income waits at the end of this road, offered as relief but functioning as a leash.

When money fails, people accept whatever alternative they are offered.

Plagues and Global Health Emergencies

Jesus prophesied:

Luke 21:11:

"And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences..."

Pestilence is a tool of fear and control. Global health crises grant rulers the power to restrict movement, regulate commerce, and silence dissent under the banner of public safety. Medical mandates are enforced where political ones would be resisted. Populations are tracked in the name of containment, and emergency powers—once unthinkable—become routine.

Many emergency measures never fully disappear. They become precedents.

Climate Crises and Environmental Fear

In recent decades, environmental fear has become a universal religion. Floods, fires, storms, and heatwaves are no longer simply weather; they are rendered as judgments, used to justify carbon taxes and global governance, restrictions on travel and rationing of energy, the slow erosion of private ownership and the open advocacy of population control. Each new event becomes another sermon in a faith with no salvation, only sacrifice.

While Scripture affirms humanity's responsibility to steward creation, it also warns against worshipping it.

Romans 1:25:

"Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator..."

The climate becomes a false god that demands sacrifice.

Technological Crises: Cyberattacks and Grid Failures

In a digitized world, technology becomes a battlefield. Cyberattacks—whether genuine or staged—provide cover for tightening internet regulation, justifying digital ID, and imposing emergency financial controls overnight. Each incident becomes another reason to migrate ordinary life onto centralized, monitored systems where every transaction and every word can be observed.

The beast's system thrives when the grid becomes sacred.

Social Chaos: Division as a Weapon

Scripture warns that the last days will be filled with strife:

Matthew 24:10:

"And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another."

Social crises rarely erupt by accident; they are cultivated. Racial tension is inflamed, political extremism rewarded, cultural polarization amplified by every screen. Gender becomes a battleground, and online mobs are summoned and dismissed like weather. Neighbor is set against neighbor until the only remaining authority that seems trustworthy is the one offering to keep order.

When a society is divided, it is easily controlled.

Natural Disasters—Or Engineered Events?

Whether natural or manipulated, disasters produce fertile ground for control. Earthquakes, hurricanes, droughts, and floods destabilize populations and invite central authority.

Scripture speaks of increasing upheaval:

Isaiah 24:19-20:

"The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved... the earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard..."

The system uses every disaster as justification for consolidation.

The Ultimate Goal: Global Governance

All crises—war, pestilence, famine, climate, cyber, economic, social—push the world toward a single outcome: a unified system under a single authority.

Revelation 13:7:

"...and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations."

Crisis is the path to global rule.

Crisis as Ritual: The Psychological Component

Fear is spiritual. It shapes belief, perception, and submission.

2 Timothy 1:7:

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear..."

If fear is a spirit, then crisis is a ritual—a means of invoking that spirit worldwide.

The system uses fear to break resistance and silence conscience, to override reason and grind a population into emotional exhaustion. A people too tired to think clearly will accept almost any rescuer.

A fearful population begs for salvation—from anyone but God.

God's People Must See Through the Illusion

Believers are commanded not to be deceived.

Matthew 24:4:

"Take heed that no man deceive you."

We are called to assess events soberly rather than reactively, to refuse panic even when panic is the expected response, and to recognize manipulation for what it is. We trust the sovereignty of God over the spectacle of men, and we prepare wisely—out of faith, not fear.

Summary

Manufactured crises are tools of spiritual warfare. They are designed to unravel societies, break wills, and usher in a counterfeit order. The beast system thrives in chaos, but God's people thrive in truth.

The faithful must anchor themselves in Scripture, discern the patterns of deception, and resist the fear that drives the world into the arms of tyranny.

Next: You have seen the crises being used against you. They are happening now, and they will intensify. But understand this: what you see now is restrained. The system operates at a fraction of its potential. The crises are real, but they are also preparation for something worse.

Why is the system limited? What happens when the restraints are removed? We turn now to the progression—how the system moves from 10% to 100%, from voluntary adoption to total control, from crisis justification to mark enforcement to full manifestation.
